Digital Delivery Policy

Bemora Gallery sells digital download files only. No physical item will be printed, packaged, or shipped. There are no shipping charges and no customs or import fees apply to any order.

How Delivery Works

After completing your purchase, you receive instant access to your files in two ways: a download link sent to your email address in the order confirmation, and access through your account on bemoragallery.com if you created one at checkout. Files are delivered as a ZIP archive containing all included sizes in both JPG and PDF format.

What Is Included

Each single artwork purchase includes 14 print-ready files — 7 JPG files and 7 PDF files at 300 DPI — in the following sizes: 11×14 in, 16×20 in, 18×24 in, 24×36 in, 50×70 cm, 70×100 cm, and A1. A Printing Guide PDF and a Personal Use License PDF are included with every product.

If you experience any difficulty downloading your files, please check your spam or promotions folder for the order confirmation email.
