About the Files

Is this a physical product?

No. Bemora Gallery sells digital download files only. No physical print, frame, or item will be shipped. After purchase, you receive instant access to your high-resolution files to print yourself or through a print provider of your choice.

What file formats are included?

Each artwork is included as both a high-resolution JPG file and a print-ready PDF file.

Single artworks include 7 JPG files and 7 PDF files.
Panorama sets include 3 triptych panels × 7 sizes × JPG + PDF, plus the full panorama artwork in 5 wide-format sizes × JPG + PDF.
Sets of 3 include 3 artworks × 7 sizes × JPG + PDF.

What sizes are included?

Single artworks and triptych panels are included in 7 sizes: 11×14 in, 16×20 in, 18×24 in, 24×36 in, 50×70 cm, 70×100 cm, and A1.

Full panorama images are included in 5 sizes: 60×25 cm, 90×37.5 cm, 120×50 cm, 150×62.5 cm, and 180×75 cm.

A Printing Guide PDF is included with every purchase to help you choose the right size for your wall.

How do I download my files?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link by email and in your order confirmation. Files are delivered as a ZIP archive. Simply unzip the folder to access all included files.

What should I do if I do not receive my download link?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email is still missing, please contact us and we will help.

Printing

Where can I print my artwork?

You can print at home on a quality inkjet printer, at a local print shop, or through a professional online print lab. Popular options include services such as Mpix, WhiteWall, CEWE, and Printful, though any professional print provider that accepts high-resolution files should work well.

The included Printing Guide PDF offers more detail on choosing a provider and preparing your files for printing.

Will the colours look exactly the same as on screen?

Colours may vary slightly depending on your monitor, printer, paper, and chosen print provider. We recommend using quality matte or fine art paper for the most refined result. Professional print labs generally produce more consistent colour than home printers.

Can I print it more than once?

Yes. Your files are licensed for personal use in your own home. You may print the artwork for yourself and as a personal gift. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use is not permitted without a separate commercial licence.

Orders & Refunds

Can I return or exchange a digital product?

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your files, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
